Rental Details

Haven150 was founded with the purpose of providing recreational therapy for individuals with disabilities.  We have transformed our acreage into an accessbile farm with a beautiful indoor gathering space to serve that purpose (see The Experience for more information).

We have also opened up rental of our indoor/outdoor space to businesses or organizations seeking a unique spot for retreats, seminars, offsite meetings, holiday parties, socializing and networking events, as well as to private parties for baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, weddings, family reunions, holiday gatherings, and other special events.

Rental includes building access as well as access to outdoor farm and recreation space.

Indoor Features

• Climate controlled barn with six 60" round tables and seating to accommodate up to 60, kitchenette/counter space, two bathrooms and a changing room. 

Optional Indoor Features (additional fee)

• 85" Smart TV with multiple connectivity options to support business presentations or entertainment streaming.

Outdoor Features

• ADA compliant paved walkway to visit farm animals including alpacas, babydoll sheep, goats, and chickens.
• Large open spaces for games and other outdoor activities

Rental fees* are based upon hourly rates with a three-hour minimum and can be scheduled in 30 minute intervals.  Set up and clean up time must be included in rental period. 

Hourly Rates

$125 per hour - Monday through Friday

$150 per hour - Saturday and Sunday

$200 per hour - Weddings (any day)

$25.00 - Use of Smart TV

$10.00 (per table) - white, black, or red fabric tablecloths

$5.00 (per table) - black/white checkered vinyl table coverings

We do not offer food or beverage service. Guests can bring their own food and beverages or arrange for catering from a caterer of your choice.

Haven150 is located on the southern outskirts of the Omaha metro area with convenient access off of Hwy 50 (144th St), just south of I-80 and Hwy 370 .  At 12370 S 150th St, we are 1/2 mile West of Hwy 50 between Schram and Capehart.
